D.O.B: Born in Morocco (City of Marrakech) in 1947

He is responsible of crimes committed against thousands of Moroccan Sahrawis civilians in the Tindouf camps. Up To now Thousands of Moroccan Saharwis are still detained by the Algeria-backed Polisario Front that lays claim to Morocco's southern provinces, known as the Sahara.

Most of the Moroccan detainees, who spent their youth in Tindouf (southwest Algeria), are injured and suffer from dangerous psychological and physical problems resulting from torture and forced work in prisons. Lots of them lost their lives because of permanent torture and inhuman conditions of detention.

or killed by the Algeria-backed Polisario Front.
